Kloud9 IT was founded in 2006 by Trent Milliron with a clear belief: businesses deserve technology support that is responsive, practical, and built around how they actually operate. What began as a small technology consulting company has grown into a full-service managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance partner serving businesses across Cleveland, Columbus, Akron–Canton, Ohio, and beyond.

Trent’s experience during the Dot-Com era showed him what technology could make possible, but also what happens when planning, support, and strategy fall short. After seeing how many organizations struggled to evaluate IT providers and manage technology with confidence, he shaped Kloud9’s managed service model to give small and midsized businesses access to the experience, systems, and support of an entire Fortune 500-style IT department, without the cost or complexity of building one in-house.
